Curvy 30 is a unique program that allows you to train virtually with your coach and team, shares recorded workouts, and uses a flexible dieting approach so that you can still eat the foods you love! This is perfect for all fitness levels and can be done in the comfort of your home or gym. Flexible dieting is when you swap your carbohydrate, protein, and/or fat sources as long as it fits into your macronutrient needs for the day. The Curvy 30 Package includes a macronutrient equivalence sheet so that you can easily swap your sources without having to do the math!

Virtual LIVE group training sessions are on Mondays-Thursdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 11AM. Rest days are Fridays and Sundays.

The group training sessions are recorded, saved, and uploaded on Google Drive for a week. If you cannot make one of the sessions, you can still workout on your own by following the video! The experience will be just as amazing!

You will need a food scale to weigh out your meats, a measuring cup, and measuring spoons. If you are strictly following a gym workout plan, you will only need booty bands. If you are strictly following a home workout plan, then you will need booty bands, and dumbbells/resistance bands with handles for your upper body workouts. Keep in mind, however, that even if you are doing a workout session at the gym, you are allowed to join the LIVE group sessions whenever you want and vice-versa!
