Flexible dieting is when you swap your carbohydrate, protein, and/or fat sources as long as it fits into your macronutrient needs for the day. The Curvy 30 Package includes a macronutrient equivalence sheet so that you can easily swap your sources without having to do the math!
Virtual LIVE group training sessions are on Mondays-Thursdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 11AM. Rest days are Fridays and Sundays.
The group training sessions are recorded, saved, and uploaded on Google Drive for a week. If you cannot make one of the sessions, you can still workout on your own by following the video! The experience will be just as amazing!
You will need a food scale to weigh out your meats, a measuring cup, and measuring spoons. If you are strictly following a gym workout plan, you will only need booty bands. If you are strictly following a home workout plan, then you will need booty bands, and dumbbells/resistance bands with handles for your upper body workouts. Keep in mind, however, that even if you are doing a workout session at the gym, you are allowed to join the LIVE group sessions whenever you want and vice-versa!
